Kayak Adventure - Hot Lunch and Fishing

Headed out on the new Hobie Lynxx to do some catfishing and cook a hot lunch on the Kayak. The Mattawomen creek offers very little to no shoreline so I had to actually cook lunch on the Kayak which was a first. Lunch was delicious and the catfishing was fantastic on this particular day. Incorporating some of my motorcycle camping gear into a Kayak adventure was unique in that I could fix a hot lunch on the Kayak with plenty of room to maneuver. Although it's not something I would do all the time, it was fun and turned out well.
