Looks like a great trip. I hope you caught a bunch of fish.

Enjoyed the video. Guessing you parked across the road from where you launched? The folks that live in that house mind you parking there?

Yes, I parked across the street. It is a public road, as long as you do not park in front of a driveway you are good. I have never had a homeowner complain.

@@BBAdventures77 thank you sir! We stay at the RV park just south of there every year. This will be the first year I'll be fishing with my kayak there.

No, we do not mind as long as you don't block our gate. Come rent our house and you can just walk across the street. Kayaker's Kabin, 361-920-1830.

@@allenshows6663 thank you so much for replying and the information. We'll be down there Mother's day weekend and already have paid for spots at the RV park but I'm definitely going to keep your contact info.

How do you find your way back to launch area? From aerial view seem like you can get lost easily.

How do you get to the area where the tents were I’d like to visit that area

Requires 4x4 vehicle to make it through the 3-mile cut. drive.google.com/open?id=1eq2LIlF1kIkY8nbjSaThDjW0McWtC7tW&usp=sharing

Is it easier to launch near Rowling’s than 3 mile cut? The problem I can see if you launch kayaks at Rowling’s is the parking.
@BBAdventures776 жыл бұрын
There is a cut after Rowling's where I launch. You have to park on the river side of the road between the house driveways and carry your kayak across the road. I launch there because I do not have a 4x4 vehicle. Sometimes I find fish on the way to the marsh.
