Nice to see rapids, no matter how small, in South Alabama. Enjoyed the ride.

Come a little farther west, sometime, and I'll take you down the Sepulga or the Patsaliga River...both have some mild rapids, depending on the water level, or Murder Creek...the "Rock Garden" on Murder Creek is a little more serious, again depending on the water level. Most "lawn chair" style seats in kayaks are also adjustable for lumbar support. There's a store in Gulfport, Ms called Everything Kayak and Bicycle that has a huge indoor pool where you can try out the kayaks! Stay Safe!

I have family in Crenshaw and Covington county. That being said, I think remember one part of a Patsaliga Creek over near Brantley on Georgiana Hwy.. dark tea stained Waters (if I remember correctly?..) Beautiful spot there at that bridge. Used to do deliveries over that way in the late 90's. Gorgeous backwoodsI I need to check those out! Never been to that store either.. i wish more places like that were around here.. I'd love to be able to check stability before buying any Kayak. Thanks for the info. Maybe when my job gets settled down, we can hook up somewhere and do that. I'm always up for a kayak trip! 👍

@@EarthTrips Eddie, at Hammerhead Kayaks, is in the process of building a new and bigger store in Theodore, just outside of Mobile. Not sure if it will include a place to try out the kayaks, though. Stay Safe!

How deep is most of it

I haven't been up that way since May.. but @ that time, If I remember correctly, I'd say it was 3-5 feet up to the small rapids. With all this rain, probably deeper now. Thanks for Watching!👍🖐️
