I use wheelchair battery and it runs about 3 hours , they are cheep too so I bought two!

Did you use any pvc glue before you drilled the pipes together?

I didn't. I used little screws at each joint.

Looks good but if you had run your bolts thru the other way they wouldn't have been sticking thru so far.

Hey man, nice video, i just set mine up too. I placed the 2x4 all the way lol, planning on cutting the shaft. Also place a milk crate on the back. I was hoping to place the battery on the back, what happened when you had the battery on the back?

Battery has to go on front or the weight of the battery and motor will let water come in. Trust me.

It's pretty clear how he put it together. I'd PVC glue the pieces together rather than attempting to drill on a rounded, slippery surface, and then paint it so it doesn't degrade.
