Dodger Stadium $100 Million Renovation Demolition Update

Concrete pouring now visible at the future location of the Dodger clubhouse. Excavation continues on the visitor side preparing for eventual concrete pour.
Renovation is priced at $100 million which will bring added clubhouse comfort to players which is expected to be completed for the 2025 season. The stadium's previous renovation occurred in 2021 along outside the outfield and plaza areas. Subscribe to watch the next renovation update.

I would contend that if the geniuses in Oakland had the sense and foresight to do this level of renovation to the Coliseum - including tearing down Mt Davis - the A's would still be in Oakland.

A's might be forced to move back to Oakland if Vegas doesn't approve the New Stadium over there by 2027. There is no way that the A's are staying in Sacramento passed "27". Unless they plan on building a New Stadium in Sac if the Vegas Stadium doesn't get approved by (Las Vegas , State Commission).

Indeed. In 2021, they did their biggest renovation in decades when they built the Center Field Plaza for $100 million. I'm actually surprised they're doing another $100 million renovation so soon.

@@mrxman581 I did a stadium tour for Fanfest before the season, and the clubhouse did feel out of date compared to other stadiums. It makes sense they are doing this to build a more modern experience and add other features to help out the players. Sometimes, it's not just spending and adding in the deferrals.

Unfortunately, the Dodgers don't own the Parking Lot completely. The previous owner Frank McCourt still owns 50% of the space and leases the parking to the Dodgers. Any development around the stadium would involve the McCourt, and he would need approval from the Dodgers.
