I don't know if it's the personality or the age or sth else of my kid but my 2,5-year old is NOT interested in ANY toys unless I sit down and play with her. Since I have only one child and no other kids around this stresses me out so much and I end up allowing her to watch TV even though I have doing that. But otherwise I wouldn't be able to cook,clean,do any other chores or have some time for myself. I keep buying new toys in the hope that one of them will finally manage to entertain her but she'll play with them for like 15 minutes for a couple of days and then never touch them again 😩
