Basically you got 2 defensive options Moonstone/Helia, with Moonstone being safe/scaling and Helia for snowballing vs 2 offensive options Shurelya/Mandate, with Shurelya being safe/scaling and Mandate for snowballing. Every enchanter can flex any of these items, but most players are going to go for Moonstone because its safe, easy, and is guaranteed to outscale the others (Think of Moonstone/Shurelya like GatheringStorm/Celerity and Helia/Mandate like Aery/Scorch)

You know what else is very strong on kayle? Arcane comet absolute focus scorch and cutdown. That makes her q e combo really really strong in the early game and throughout the entire game. I once 100 to zeroed a daruis with q e after one or 2 builds. It's been a while.

The new champion is gonna be a pain in the ass for this auwfull rework. Just see that overloaded kit, and we have a usefull melee/caster for 20 min....
