Why is Penelope always there for Josie when she needs help or in trouble? Penelope is always reminding Josie to know her worth, she even confronted Lizzie about she treat Josie. Penelope loves Josie and if P did broke Josie's heart it's maybe because how she talk about Lizzie to Josie and Josie doesn't like people talking bad about Lizzie even people she love and Penelope is one of them, that might be one of the reasons they broke up.

@@Toxic_samara Yup, the time she was doing this live, Kaylee didn't know how the characters broke up and what's the reason behind, now they've done shooting she knows and said they're diving to #Posie history. We'll just wait and see more about them since S1 is ending, but I'm worried of Penelope's character since Lulu is not a regular cast, she might not be in S2 or even if they make her regular, her schedule is booked, she has another show that is airing now, I just hope they don't kill her character in an excuse of that.
