I'm brand new to cornhole and I don't know what a "textbook" throw is... but this certainly looks like it could be. There's no apparent wasted motion, it's smooth delivery, I see a flat, mid-air bag with a bit of a spin, a nice release, etc. Very nice to see. Gonna try to emulate all of this during my next practice session.

Her motion is very indicative of a softball pitch, granted the release is at a different point and she's not pushing off a mound but the motion back and the way she pronates her forearm are all softball motions, even the way she grips the bag, she's making feel like a softball in her hand. If you watch in one of your frame by frame breakdowns her back leg moves slightly like a softball pitchers back leg would move. She draws like a tiny C behind her lol Great breakdown and she's going to be hard to beat with that kind of technique.
