I'm used to going my hair on the bus to work (pre pandemic) so I do stuff like double dutch braids, French rope braids and French 4 strand braids without a mirror. The only bit I generally need a mirror for now is parting my hair. But took a fair amount of practice and much arriving at work with a section I'd missed braiding at first 😁 I just wanted to put this here to let people know it is totally doable to get used to doing stuff without a mirror. In fact I generally much stuff up if I look in the mirror to do it. D'oh!

I use the Goody Spin Pins for all my buns. They are so secure and don’t tear your hair. Twist in, twist out! I have medium thick, coarse hair that turns to silk when I straighten it, and they work great whether I use them with wet, dry, curly or straight hair.
