I think the strong makeup smell means that the product is expired? I was cleaning my makeup recently and all the products that were more than 4 years old had a strong makeup smell while my newer things had no smell or a cream-like smell. Also i recently got makeup from revolve that would expire the next month! i definitely advise everyone to always check for expiry dates 😮
