Bro last season I was demoted from diamond IV to emerald IV 0 stars I told my self if I lose this game i delete it …and then put on any position preference and I promoted to challenger . I know riot sucks but if u play with bad mood and a lot of games a day u will demote all time . Try to play less games everyday u play so u can control ur temper … That’s my opinion

if u play a lot of gamed a day it just becomes bad and you suddenly start losing a'd you're performance goes down , when you lose 3 games just shut it down try later but going from diamond to emerald is a lot of losses 😂
