Thing is, Kayn too only works in specific matchups like yasuo or tanks like ornn or mundo. Bruisers usually beat him if u don’t get cheese kills early, and he is USELESS against control mages. Pick wisely

I tried it after seeing one of your videos and it is really really strong, and very fun. You take bruisers without problems (I won two against Garen), and people in my elo don't expect those heals that much, so when jng ganks, you can do a Surprise mother*** and kill the both if you are fine in your lane. Manamune is really strong on Kayn. But as first item I usually prefer the one with 400 hp, with active skill that heals you, for team fights its better and against tanks. Well I guess, I'm only silver. Great videos you do bro, I like how you never back, always "oh OK let's get another plate before" or "well, I'll get one wave or two and then back", sometimes you stay so much (I would have back already 10 times xD). But you are right, it's better I think to stay so you lose less time.

Generally the manamune would never be a first item. Always a goredrinker for passives/active. 2nd-3rd item for the other.

I played a lot of kayn top this season and i can say mordekaiser is not an easy matchup but once you get form and malmortius you win, because morde is gonna be forced to either build void staff and be squishy or build tanky and do no damage, i build eclipse serylda and black cleaver and at that point red kayn literally cant lose the 1v1
