I am so impressed, this is probably the best Kayo video I’ve seen! There is a big demand for content on these Chinese bikes. KEEP IT UP!

On you bar mount being crooked....I ate shit hard on rocks on my K6 with same triple clamp, bars, mount etc. I hit the headlight, radiator, brake resevoir and the throttle. Nothing broke! But my mount looked crooked so I took it apart. The 1/2" steel bolt holding it bent!! LOL. Probably cheap grade hardware, but really impressed/surprised that all the fragile stuff didnt break. 20 hour inspection here last weekend, all the major frame, motor, suspension, final drive hardware was still tight and torqued properly and most of it had loctite on it. These bikes keep impressing me. Your Honda forks will fit in there. I have a set from a 450X Im thinking about swapping, it will shave 8lbs off the front end.
@evelkestriegel2 жыл бұрын
Yeah thinking about swapping the forks but Honestly the stock ones work well enough although the weight savings would be great. Haven't messed with the rubber mounts but I assume that's all that's bent as far as the bars go

They are about 25-30lbs heavier than the race enduro's, but built like tanks, low maintenance and reliable. Really great trail bikes. I have the 4t 250 EFI version, the motor, handling and looks are excellent. You should be able to order the pipe and cdi from the TSE250, will give it more top end. I put a Shinko Cheater on the rear, and honestly that OEM rear tire u got works better on rocks than the Cheater did...not so much in mud though as u found out LOL

Have the gpx pipe and cdi already! Hopefully installing them this weekend. Just wanted to ride it in stock form first. Thanks for watching man!

6:50 Tractor is slowly advancing up a grade or through mud, if this has no to little bottom end as you mentioned, you weren't 'tracktorin', no harm though, there are a ton of people out there that don't know what tractoring' is. Tractoring is having enough low end to just slowly and ploddingly overcome slow obstacles be it slippery slops, mud bogs etc, you can do it with clutch skills too but that's another issue..
@evelkestriegel2 жыл бұрын
It took LOADS of clutch work 🤣 but it's way better now since the upgrades. Check out the other videos to see how much better the bike is now. Thanks for watching!

That looks awesome. I’ve never been there. I’m going this weekend, Sunday. The bike looks neat. I have been looking at those online on y’alls website. Seems like a fine bike for the price. As long as you can get parts that’s all that matters 😀
@evelkestriegel2 жыл бұрын
Parts for all makes have been tough this year but we have a good contact at Kayo and have been getting parts within a week or so. Thanks for watching man!
@trevorjameson32132 жыл бұрын
I found out they have a huge warehouse in California, and parts are available for delivery no problem. At least that's what I read anyway. Here in the DFW area there is also a Kayo parts supplier. So parts, hopefully, should be easy to get. These bikes look great, saw one at a Polaris dealership for the first time yesterday. It was the K6 four stroke, great looking bike.

I believe it's from a 2016 KTM 250sx. I had to cut a relief for the exhaust mount and use one ziptie but the front bolt holes like up perfectly

Also if you have, how did/do you adjust the shocks?
@evelkestriegel Жыл бұрын
Just set your clickers in the middle position and work your way stiffer or softer until you find the spot you like. I believe my forks are 3 clicks from hardest and same on my shock compression wise. Not sure on rebound or low speed because it's been so long since I set it up. Also may sure you set your shock sag
