Lineups aren't that useful round to round, I'd suggest you watch Judgement's video on Kayo flashes because it's a lot more useful that most of the flash lineup guides. Also KJTodo has some fairly simple flashes that you just bank from walls and don't need to aim long and hard.

1:22 this is genius, you can ask someone to contact haven from gen, hold guarden with vandal off angle, and then flash after 2 sec for your teammates to peek haven when enemies already out

I’m so glad that the first time I look this up and try to use it in game, the enemy team just uses Odins and Ares for the entire game and claps us. I’m just, so eccentric that guns with no skill and have 50-100 bullets are better (in some cases) than a vandal and Phantom. Keep in mind this is Unrated

Hi, I always flash myself when I step on the higher box after throwing the flash at 01:35 , is there anything I could have done wrong?

You should be aiming on the right of the shadow. Sometimes we tend to aim on the middle rather than closer to the right edge. But same thing as you see in the video, aim down then a bit to the right

how do you disable flash effects during custom practice?

Previews are done in observer mode which doesn't get flashed at all. I also use ghost mode to go inside walls to prevent getting flashed. And some flashes are just one ways which doesn't flash you at all! 😎
