Joe Rogan said, "I like a good success story but more than a success story I like a success story where a guy fucks up his own life and then fixes it back up." And I would say that "Koe no Katachi" was exactly that. That's why it's so praised, because its relatable. We all have our own insecurities in life no matter who it is but a lot of us just ignore it rather than facing it and fixing it. This movie literally changed me on how I view things and made me change myself for the better. Just like me others also noticed it's brilliance that's why it's 2nd in most favourite in myanimelist.
