The best scene of Naruto that resembled my life when Shikamaru asked his father that why everyone mistreats Naruto and his father simply didn't say anything he just asked that what Shikamaru thinks about it ,to which Shikamaru responded that we shouldn't judge our friendships based on others judgement. Madaara was never truly a "bad guy" in my opinion. Sure he was a villain (and my fav at that) but he longed for a world of peace and love, free of strife and war. And he sought to achieve this by the only means he thought possible. He didn't fight to win the war, he fought to end it. Knowing how people are and how cruel they can be, if I had that ability, I honestly can't say I wouldn't do the same.

He sets a direction and penetrates any wall that gets in his way. And most of all he does it even if it means making sacrifices. This is what it means to be a true man, focusing on your purpose in life, not letting your emotions get in the way of your destiny and achieving what you truly desire in life. One of the ONLY characters in the anime universe that portrays true masculine energy. The only other character that I think of who can give as much as a powerful energy is Thanos from mcu
