Great playing, though it seems that measures 23 to 26 are omitted. At least in my version there are 38 measures rather than 34.

For how long after starting violin do you all think one can be able to play this piece fully in tune?

1 year if you practice at least 3 hours a day and practice effectively.

That really depends on a lot of things. Your age and prior experience, your willingness to practice patiently and effectively with the time you have. An hour a day is pretty significant, IMHO, if it's done properly. But we have no idea where you are in your violin journey to make an assessment on how long it might take you to get to x goal, because it depends on where you're starting from.
