I think it's important not to gaslight yourself nor minimize how you are feeling. I completely resonate with you hun. I also just recently moved to Cape Town and at the beginning, and also lately its just been overwhelming from little inconveniences of not having network, a microwave yet, to having intense separation anxiety, being lonely etc; and I also felt like my family and friends sometimes don't understand because there's so much to be grateful for through the move. What I realised is that I had to allow myself to go through those feelings and not to take myself out of them and its been a really great healing process because healing starts from acknowledging our feelings. Always be kind and gentle with yourself. I love your consent and your energy that transcends through the screen x
