Kazakh Elections Will Bring 'No Changes,' Say Voters

International observers say snap parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan on March 19 showed some progress compared to previous votes, but a number of opposition politicians claimed the voting was unfair. Social media purportedly show ballot stuffing and voters casting ballots in multiple locations.

.I also find it odd that they have transparent boxes to put the votes in. One's vote could be exposed to whoever happened to walk by. There's no privacy. Whoever I vote for is nobody's business but mine unless I decide to let them know.

@@mavigogunSure as heck doesn’t look like it. In western elections (America in particular) the container is closed, ballots are done in spreadsheet bubble style (scantron), and counted after polls are closed. So as to protect the privacy and choices of every voter.

The last time there were normal elections in CIS countries ruled by dictatorial regimes was in the mid-90s. After that, all elections were rigged. Since the late 80's and to this day, families have 1 or 2 children. Now calculate for yourself where the population growth can come from. The war with Ukraine highlighted the falsification of the census. Russia is already short of soldiers. Dead souls help to falsify elections and steal the budget, but you can't send these dead souls to war.
