Very informative , I am planning a trip to Almaty nnext week. I have so many questions: 1) how's wheather going to me in mid oct? should I carry heavy warm clothes? 2) Best area to stay in almaty? I am considering Airbnb, how can I prebook cab to my place since I will be landing at midnight and I saw your previous video :) about taxi scam so want to be careful. 3) I usually book excursion activities from Agoda , hows your experience with the one you mentioned in description . 4) should I carry cash or online paytments work there? anything else to take care of , thanks in advance :)

1. yes carry warm clothes because snowfall has already started 2. I stayed at wanderlust riverside hostel and that area is ideal. anywhere near koktobe works. 3. Agoda works too. Better to compare prices and then book 4. You will need cash and can carry card for online transactions hope this helps

I stayed at Wanderlust riverside hostel. There are 2 other hostels by wanderlust itself but I liked riverside the best. My videos are edited on Premiere Pro😃
