I can help with that. In this session that are saying 'illAllah' (but/just Allah) from the chest. But this session is an exercise (hadra) where the do this. Sometimes, in the same hadra, they say la ilaha ilAllah with the breath. For beginners just start with saying la ilaha ilAllah normally as much as you can. The more you practice, you will begin to say it with your heart, rather than just the tongue.
