You two are wonderful to watch. I like how Geoff takes an old song and brings it into this to current time. I like the shirt..the black tank..and the white tank. What I love about Geoff is I can always hear him clearly even when he sings with Voiceplay. Some bass singers hit the low notes but don't stand out on anything else.

Big John has been my nickname ever since that song came out. I am not 6ft 6' tall, but I was a kid when that song came out, and I was tall for my age and I had and still do have broad shoulders and a barrel chest. I have been waiting for Geoff to cover it. I love that song any way.

The Bass Gang is a group of 4 young(ish) bases and they released an album of Billie Eilish covers that you will loose your collective wits over. 2. Misty Mountains by the Wellermen. The Wellermen are a group of 4 TikTok basses and they gathered a group of 20 base voices in total to sing the basey-est song ever, and it’s awesome. Have you heard of The Oakridge Boys? They are a vocal quartet from like the 70s or 80s and there are amazing, they have a bass singer, Richard sterban who used to sing with Elvis. He's one of the best 💯

One of their most famous songs is Elvira. Geoff did an arrangement of Elvira that VoicePlay performs live. Might even be their grand finale, and if you watch any versions that concert attendees have posted, you'll understand why. The last three notes Geoff sings are jaw dropping, even knowing how high he can go in Oogie Boogie. Home Free performed Geoff's arrangement with the Oak Ridge Boys. Richard Sterban is still an awesome bass, and it's fun to watch him trade off the "oom papa mow mow" parts with Tim Foust.

I know it's not the most popular opinion, but I think I prefer Geoff in the button down, with just a hint of chest showing and you can still see the outline of his arms, whereas the tank is nice, but leaves less to the imagination. Nice work on the arms, btw -Geoff. Yeah, those notes were pretty epic! Whats more, I really like the bassiness he has, but I think he really appreciates getting to harmonize with himself and play with his ranges more. He's always a delight. They all are, although I must admit I don't know the new members well enough yet. I like that he respected the original so much, while making it his own.
