I had the same issues with the seat on mine I would wobble like because of the seat I ended up tightening the latch the hold it in place on the bottom(silver one) and that’s actually helped and I ended up changing the seat part for a bigger one too make more like a moped feel.

tires are tubeless seems easy to change it is water proof but would not expose it to much to be safe

Depends on your tire diameter. Most high speed scooters have 12 inch or larger tires. These are significantly more stable than 10 inch tires that are standard on most low/mid range scooters. I've seen people fly over big potholes, exposed railroad tracks, and other crazy road hazards at 40-50 mph+. It all depends on the scooter.

It's a huge fine if caught going over city speeds in any city or states most are at 20 mph to 28 mph and that's with ebikes scooters are the same check your city laws before you dare in the city

as that is true this is Vegas and most of our cops are chill and got bigger things to handle I've gone over 40 next to cops I've raced a fire truck and have even asked a few cops on how they feel about them most say as long as you follow the speed limit like cars and not acting a fool your fine but there are other who may want to give you a hard time so to each their own
