I tried researching where this song comes from, maybe there is an anime I could give a watch. But my search was met with a wall. All I could find is that this song was dedicated to a BL manga われら混楾合唱団 (possible translation Our Chosen Choir) by author 高橋ユキ Takahashi Yuki and it was possibly released in 1989. The song was produced by 大谷明裕 Akihito Otani. All information is scarce, and I couldn't find mentions of a CD. It's been 14 years but maybe someone with the knowledge of Japanese language can give it a better look.

@BlackRoseWolf1995 Well, that "You're the One" song (Koi wa Seikimatsu) is actually sung by Inoue Kazuhiko and Matsumoto Yasunori (see Animelyrics) because that is the pairing of that particular anime. Seki Toshihiko voices one of the characters in it and he has other songs of his own. You're not wrong about them having a thing, if you do some more investigating you will find many many interesting things... well, this saying goes for any voice actor really :3
