In my opinion I think its better if they change Angela's second skill effects. When Angela use second skill to enem the string maybe its better if enemy move like a puppet, for example if Angela use second to enemy and angel move to left the enemy also move to left like a puppet like shikamarus shadow technique while the string doesn't explode yet. like this if you like my idea

Balmond will *NEED* this revamp: *CONCEPT* Balmond's Battle Axe is made from the blood of his enemies, hence its jagged form, which is designed to tear their flesh. *PASSIVE: GREED* Every time enemies take dmg from Balmond, they get marked. The mark stacks up to 3 times. Maxing that stack causes them to *"Bleed"*, dealing dmg equal to their lost HP, and their blood will be absorbed by his Axe, increasing his HP max hp for 5s. This can stack up to 3 times. *1ST SKILL* He charges forth. Coming into contact with creeps or enemies will make him strike upwards, knocking them up. *2ND SKILL* His Axe forms 3 blood-blade that spins around him, dealing dmg to enemies it comes into contact. Doing a basic atk when one of these blades is in front of him will cause it to shoot out, dealing dmg to enemies it hits. This lasts for 5s. *ULT* Passive: Blood bar. Balmond sets ablaze, using all the blood his axe as accumulated as fuel, slaming his axe to the ground to deal true dmg in a fan-shaped area. The more blood he's accumulated, the more dmg this skill deals. Killing an enemy will regenerate his HP. After effect: For 3s, Balmond will be Ablaze, dealing extra fire dmg towards enemies.
