Kazuya is the benchmark for any other character. In Tekken, he has always been the stock kick and punch character. No weird fighting style, no exaggerated moves, just kicks and punches. A good player makes him look godly, a bad player makes him look like the worst in the game.

Kazuya is the character I'm scared to fight the most but I gotta day fighting him is never boring. It's honestly a real spectacle watching a skilled Kazuya player destroy you cheeks. Against all the characters I'd rather not fight, Kazuya is just different, unlike Link or Cloud, characters that I have fight in a cheesy unfun way, Kazuya on the other hand forces me to fight at the top of my game in order to not get 3 stock.
