@@crichton397 they have quite a similar backstory, both being children of evil crime lords who then become allies with people who are trying to stop those crime lords. It's also the closest matchup for Rock and as a concept is quite interesting, but TBH I just want to see Rock in a Death Battle and I don't care who he faces, that's just the matchup I find the most intriguing

Both characters had awful parents and because of that impacted their lives greatly. Heachi attempted to kill Kazuya multiple times for possessing the devil gene, even throwing him off a cliff when Kazuya was just a child to see how "tough" he was. And Rock's Father Geese Howard is a general asshole and barely raised Rock all throughout his childhood, focusing more on money and power. Eventually Geese's enemy Terry Bogard adopted Rock and taught him how to become a better person and fighter.

@@smokeayyee2581 Glad you love the idea, I honestly have wanted these matchups forever. Kimeramon and Kevin 11 both look like badass Frankensteins. And Kimeramon just like Imperfect Cell is a scientific creation made from the dna or data of various digimon, like Cell with the dbz races. Plus they both lost to the main characters gaining a golden form and assists(Magnamon with wormmon’s help, and Ssj2 Gohan with Vegeta’s help)

kazuya scales to heihachi who can one-shot squads of jack 6, when even a single jack 6 can destroy a 6 mile wide life wiping meteor, and his strength multiplies 10 fold when he transforms, rock Howard scales to city destruction...

We can argue jack 6 took a lot to destroy the meteor, and kazuya needed the devil form to tank the building destroyer laser, and rock scales above kyo and K, Kyo could defeat an entity who is so strong his presence alone can affect the whole scenario in a matter of seconds, of course we can argue chizuru was supporting kyo and iori to defeat orochi, still would be an incridible feat, cuz orochi s above some guys that appeared later that have an certain level of dimensional control, I'm not gonna bring ash crimson feat, cuz ash was using the power of three different beings to boost him up and although Rock is considered the guy with the most potential in the whole Kof franchise he clearly don't scale to ash, cuz fem boy was using hax, so like Rock isn't a slouch compared to kazuya, the thing is the devil gene is too much for rock to handle, if we take yashiro by comparison who is stated to have the power of meteor, we just doesn't know how much is, but if we take an small meteor by comparison smaller than the one jack 6 destroyed, yashiro after being boosted was overpowered by base young iori, Adult iori is a lot stronger and rock scales to iori and kyo cuz terry is pretty even with those guys, terry have even defeated kyo sometimes and rock defeated terry, so like kazuya would really need devil gene to defeat rock

@@wyattwaggener6380 laser would kill almost every human in the world, that's why they avoided it, sure yashiro scales to an small meteor even before getting boosted, but i don't think anyone could survive that laser, it was like boros using collapsing star cannon in the world without saitama to punch it back, except maybe ash crimson after getting boosted by the three sacred items and orochi with his full power, i hardly see someone surviving that, even if we stick to other famous fighting games, the only guy i see tanking that is akuma (in famous fighting games)
