Birmingham is a lot bigger than Manchester but a lot smaller than London. These are the 3 most notorious cities in England, probably with Liverpool thrown in. If you want to know how 'rough' they are, well each place has had times when they've had serious issues. Manchester in the 90s was bad, Birmingham in the late 90s and early 00's was absolutely mental but at the moment, London followed by Birmingham would be the worst 2. I appreciate that sounds like it's a glorification of violence but it's not intended to be, I'm just responding to your vid.
