APRS Text Messaging via SMSGTE - Ham Radio Q&A

SMSGATE allows you to send and receive text messages via APRS to cell phones via SMS messaging. There are some limitations, but SMSGTE fits nicely into the purposes of APRS as it allows you to send and receive text messages outside the APRS messaging system.
