If you're still wanting to try bottles and formula I use Evenflo wide neck bottles with my boobie baby and it didn't take long for her to take it but I would say be consistent in trying. I'm sure you have. Also, I've recently used Earth's Best formula from Walmart and mixed with BM she took it right away and drank it all.
