Thank you so much for the love and support ! Can't believe this video has reached out to so many people. Some background on the video - - The contestant is my father and this episode is from the first season of KBC - We recorded this on a VHS back in the day. Thanks to technology, I was able to convert this to slightly better quality to make it watchable :) Unfortunately, the second part of the VHS is corrupt, but for everyone asking, he won 12.5 lacs and quit on the 25 lacs question.

hi there,,, i was in India at that time when the first season came to light,,, i was surprise about his answer of the origin of Anaconda as I came from SA ,,, he choose after the audience answer wrong,,, so he knew the answer but he wasted one life line,,,,

No drama… No nonsense… pure game play. Also notice that difficulty of questions is on higher side which is fair considering the value of rupee in 2000 was much higher than today.

Wow feeling nostalgic. I was 7 of age at that time and I used to fall asleep in the mid-show as it was aired late like 9-10 or 10-11 not sure but look at the irony even today I watched it half 🤣🤣🤣 I watched this episode, I still remember it because that day my mom told me that IG was the only female PM we have and that day for the first time I came to know about IG. 😁
