The Burgers Priest
Who are we?
We are a classic American cheeseburger joint. We grind a custom blend of ultra premium beef multiple times daily on the premises. Our beef is always fresh. We cook our cheeseburgers on a flat top griddle not on a charcoal broiler. We believe in purity, simplicity and over a hundred years of grilling and grinding techniques.
Where are we?
We are located in select areas across the GTA with the hopes of one day reaching the ends of the earth. One burger at a time.
What's wrong?
We have been long exposed to massive portions of over processed over spiced frozen beef that has been charred to petrification.
What's the solution?
Fresh ground beef, soft bun, simple toppings, griddled to perfection.
What time is it?
It’s time for redemption…come feast with us.

SaMCSGO omg 😮 😳 I’m in Australia and we pay about $3.50 but then again depending on where you go also. If it’s a specialised milkshake you can pay up to $8 or so.

I ate that burger he's having. It's called the Californian. It is greasy. They even have a off menu burger you can request that is a double burger with a grilled cheese sandwich on top and another grilled cheese sandwich on the bottom. Plus all the usual burger toppings. That was good but very filling. No need for fries with that burger. Like a lot of gourmet burger joints, the BP is not cheap. It's only in Canada, so prices he's quoting are in Canadian dollars. The cheapest combo (burger, fries and can of pop) is around $14 for a cheeseburger.

Their fries are the BEST. I have a BP down the street from my house and they get a ton of my business. The milkshakes at the location near me are super legit, they’re never watery. I’m assuming it’s really depending on the location, sadly.

It's all organic beef with handmade patties. If you care about having a good "fast food" burger without all the chemicals, BP is a good choice in Toronto.

I just did the conversion to U.S. dollars and it's $14.52. That is very much a premium price for a burger, fries, and a milkshake. But probably not completely out of whack. You might pay that much at a chain like Shake Shack here in the Western U.S.

I saw someone make a chocolate shake at the Burger's Priest. There are no high end ingredients. It consists of a scoop of vanilla ice cream and the rest is chocolate milk out of a carton. They then mix it up and call it a shake. Their fries are not that great. But their burgers do stand on their own. My favorite is the High Priest, the way a Big Mac should look. They use three buns, the sauce, other topics of the Big Mac. But they use two 1/4 pound beef patties cooked fresh to order. I've tried other items and they're good. I did not care for the chicken burger (St. Peter?). They put a scoop of corn and gravy on top. It was a real mess.

I've never had an issue paying the listed price for the burgers at Burgers Priest because they're really great quality, but comboing the burger there is never worth the money. The fries are fine, but they're really nothing special. Pretty much the same fries you can get anywhere where they're hand cut (Five Guys, Hero Burger, South Street) but they don't discount the whole meal and you have to essentially build the combo piecemeal so it ends up being way more expensive. If you get a basic hamburger, getting the fries and a can of pop (If I recall even just a plain can of pop is something like $1.50 or $2 for a CAN) you're paying more for the side dishes than you are for the main course. Just never found it a good value at Burgers Priest.

If you're ever in my neck of the woods in the UK, Big Meat Burger Company in Woking will blow your mind. Amazing build your own options, thick or skinny fries, curly fries or sweet potato fries. Plus a whole bunch of other stuff. Definitely a go out and get it now plus Plus!

Sounds like a hipster burger place. Over charge every item although all the ingredients are vanilla to every other burger place. $18 for a single patty burger, regular fries, and a small shake -- When you can go to any other fast food burger joint and get the same amount for about $8.
