Hey guys so you all might know that Mamamoo's contract ends in 2021. We don't know whether they're going to renew it or not and this comeback might decide their future career. I've seen so many ppl who are disappointed with the song (tbh I actually think it's an awesome bop, this concept is just too early for ppl to understand and comprehend) and I don't want this song to go unsuccessful. So please give this song the love it deserves, as much as I love their solo songs I want them to keep being a group. Not only that, Wheein and Moonbyul have injured themselves physically and I'm sure they really need some love rn. So keep streaming AYA mv, live performances in Inkigayo, Music Bank, MBC and Mnet. Vote for them in Mcountdown (the gap is vv close and we have to vote more) and in MAMA 2020 and give the appreciation they deserve. We DO NOT want to see them disband right? So pls guys if you can, vote for them, stream for them. Show people that this comeback IS NOT a flop, rather just a song that only intellectuals appreciate ;)

@@doriannepontez9757 well i'm sorry. You know theyre a group from a small company and lets be honest RBW aint a perfect company. It's new and flawed and theyre at risk. Even tho they won mcountdown the gap between the 2nd one were vv close too. If you werent paying attention with the voting results, you should know it took moomoos long enough to keep them in the 1st place of the voting (even at the end they ended up 2nd). So seriously if u dont like my comment (which really isnt spreading any hate) ignore it. And pls you dont have to bring up armys and all that, it makes u sound like a petty hater And besides whats wrong with asking for a streaming party. I'm not forcing or threatening to kill anyone if they don't stream, simply keeping them reminded that they should stream in order for mamamoo to win.

@@filikong first of all, what makes you think that Mamamoo not winning first place is going to cause them to disband. Even if they are from a small company, their popularity is still up there. They are among the top five Girl group in South Korea and you are making it seem as if they are struggling or underrated. Their new comeback (both Aya and Dingga) were fantastic and I have been having them on repeat. Even if people are having mixed reactions about it, the little fact that Moomoos and many fans know that this comeback was great is already incredible. Their “Windflower” comeback did not get any wins, but still a lot of people in the fandom (including me) thinks that it is one of their best songs. Don’t focus too much numbers in general.

@@doriannepontez9757 i am not in any way looking down at mamamoo. But u have to agree that the group itself is quite underrated internationally compared to other groups. Moreover kpop stans prefer cute girly concepts and so many ppl have berated mamamoo for being themselves. Yes they are the top group in korea but still the competition is harsh. Like i said, they come from a small company and theyre about to reach their 7 year contract. And u know what happens to groups after 7 years, most of them disband even the famous ones. Groups like 2ne1 who were crazy popular even disband. Again I'm not looking down on them, just worried, WORRIED. We all know female groups are judged with a higher standard especially when theyre so easily neglected after 7 years. Same like you, i love Aya and Dingga as well, but I've seen comments about it saying that the songs are not up to the audience's style or taste. Because their concept is different theres alot of criticism as well. I love the songs with all my heart but the heavy criticisms and opinions when their contract is about to end makes this issue more risky. Which is why so many moomoos are worried cuz this last comeback before their contract ends will affect everything especially the company's decision to renew it. I myself trust that the girls are strong. But we are talking about the worse things that could happen. Bad things can also happen to powerful top girl groups and I do not want to underestimate the problem itself. Hope u understand

Aya and Dingga are no exception; in fact, Dingga has received a lot of positive feedback from the Korean audience for capturing the reality of our times with the lyrics. While the views may be lagging, note that the group set their own record for album sales. It is true that girl groups in Korea have a short shelf life for various reasons - lack of momentum, internal conflicts, scandals, growing differences in vision and star power among members to start. However, mamamoo is well-regarded by the public and industry seniors precisely for their music and performances, and marching to the beat of their drum. Each member has also done exceedingly well as a solo artist. RBW and mamamoo go hand in hand, just like big bang and YG. As long as RBW continues to make space for mamamoo to grow as artists and stand behind the members' decisions around their music and performances (break gender norms, rock a unibrow or two-toned hair, go bald, wear lingerie, showcase pole dancing) as well as put resourcing towards their creative pursuits (youtube, radio show, collabs, covers, etc), mamamoo will be with RBW as sure as the sun will rise. Please stop stressing and just enjoy their content.
