they did so well incorporating more tradition elements into thunderous. it wasn't completely new to foreign fans and had the perfect blend of the korean culture and modern music sounds. and the fact that they did it themselves, being a self produced group, is absolutely mind-blowing. this remix is brilliant and the dance break is very creative. truly a festive performance for the kbs song festival.

Yes, I really like the direction they've been taking, costume and prop-wise, since around the God's Menu era. Since they have a large collection of non-korean fans, it's really nice to see them incorporate the historical cultural influences into their performances.

This performance was just: wow. One big WOW, everytime they are trying to interpret their songs in many different ways. Every single live stage is not the same, they always change some parts, make it differently than before. Their stage is not their practice room, where they are just dancing, they really slay on the stage, I just cant forget the iconic stage of Gods duddududdu, now AAA performance, then Mama2021 AND KBS now, They are gonna make a performance also on sbs gayo daejun and also MBC ... Iconic year for SKZ for sure. Im looking forward for another great perforamnce, They are definitely the most interesting performers (after bigbang / Gdragon) SKZs got the same color of crazyness, same as BB - funny, not soo serious, making party, having a good time, professionals, charismatic and i can continue .... Is somewhere some agreement with artist and fans? - that you need to be 100% fan, not 80%? It is the difference between being a fan and support artist in any possible way even just with little support and being fanatic goat. You dont need to be a hard streamer, IF song is good it will be successful very naturaly. You don't need to push hard on numbers. For example IU is not very famous outside of Korea that much, but shes Queen of music K- charts, I mean thats HER queendom. I have never seen crazy streamer fans of IU. She became successful very naturaly, people found her and stayed with her. This awards show as Mnet Mama really means nothing, because its based on views and popularity, Not democratic voting system nor professionals. Categories should be like ´´ popular song of the year´´ or ´´ the most popular artist of the year ´´ - because thats their system. In Europe we have professionals judges for it and voting system - so its balance between professionals choice and fans choice. Thats why for example there is a reason why fans are not voting on grammy awards., and ist not base on views and numbers.

Ever since they debuted in 2018 they have always done so much in their stages especially this year and last year, I think it’s the fact that they produce and write their own music that they are able to change the performances up as much as they want, it’s great being able to watch their performances and them being different every time :) (Eg: Thunderous performance at Mama and Thunderous at the KBS festival, same song but completely different)

I believe that the fact that they are the producers and lyricists gives them an easier ability to modify the song and create variations for a fresh feeling, which is so important! But you also have to give credit to the team they work with for the choreography, costume and props. People tend to hate on JYPE, yet they are working right alongside these guys to create the stunning performances. The end results speak for themselves.
