Wonder Girls came to tour in the US right after Sunmi left and Hyerim joined. She did a solo performance of Lil Mama's "Lipgloss" and I remember her overflowing charisma and what a strong self introduction to WG fans. It must have been really tough for her then. ♥️

Sunye is an incredibly good role model. Many people won't understand then why Sunye just left and got married at the height of their popularity, and why everyone was okay with it, including the fans, the other members and JYP. But if you knew the type of person Sunye is, you'd know that she knew what she was doing then. I was still young when I was a fan of Wonder Girls and I thought they must have had a blast being so popular even in the US. But as an adult, I can now understand albeit in hindsight how hard it must have been for them. They were young, and when their popularity blew up and they had to take the shot at the US, doing a road tour, it must have been a lot for young girls to take on. But they carried on. And Sunye did really well in caring for them.

1. Hyuna left due to health reason that time. Then replace by Yubin 2. Sunmi left due to she wants to continue her studies which replace by hyerim 3. 2016, Sunye left due to focus on family as she already married and had children 4. Sohee left as she wants to pursue in acting 5. 2014 if im not mistaken, sunmi come back to JYP and being soloist after a year, she joined back to wondergirls with the remaining members Yubin Hyerim Yenny and continue as a band 6. 2017 they disband on their 10th years of celebration with "Draw Me"

@@azian999 thank you! I didn't know that Sunmi left to pursue her studies but I knew Hyuna left and was replaced by Yubin. Sunmi's place in WG is kinda messy that's why I was confused what was behind to it because she went back as a soloist after she left WG and then reunited with WG afterwards.
