I taught in Korea for three years and had a lot of black friends there. They were generally quite happy. It's a great place. There's obviously some racism there (as there is everywhere), but the vast majority is fairly harmless ... as in, it's not malicious it's just people who don't have experience with black people. So in that sense, black foreigners have a really cool part to play in Korea with just being around, talking to people, growing us all together a bit more :)

Sam is speaking Twi, it's my native language. Right now I live in the US I came here a year ago. Twi is the language I speak with my family. I was so happy when he said he is also from Ghana, the same tribe and the same language. The way they pronounce his name is funny though. I'm so happy.

Ok, since some people are confused about Enes Kaya, i just wanted to clarify some things. It's long :D So just read the one you're wondering/confused about. lol Yes, Enes bro is from Turkey and Muslim. I'm Turkish too. and also a muslim. 1- Islam in Turkey: Even tho most Turkish people are muslims, in our laws it's not written that our country's religion is Islam or sth. Half of muslim women in my country don't wear hijab. e.g: my mom wears it but i don't. It is usually a matter of personal choice in Turkey. (Have you seen "music bank in turkey"? if you look at the fans, you can see that.) This is not weird for us. We are a country between Europe and Asia, our culture kinda got mixed over the centuries. thats totally normal. Google "turkish family", and you can see that there are women who wear and don't wear hijab in 'almost' each family. 2- Conservative: Enes is sometimes a bit conservative even for me. (and yes sometimes i disagree with him, too) But there are way more conservative families in Turkey. So i can say that he is just fine. (that conservative thing comes from both culture and islam.) 3- Closed Minded: You may think that he always sticks with his thought and doesn't listen to others' opinions. But it's not like that. He just keeps sticking with his thought because these kind of programs need discussions! It would be boring otherwise, don't you think? Also his nickname is "conservative", he kind of has to keep that image to get broadcasted. Lol :D Everybody does that in entertainment industry, so it's normal. 4- Acting Manly: (talking about Abnormal Summit), Turkish men are... a bit macho(is this the right word?), tbh. lol they aren't the type to be cute, so don't judge him because of that. It's the way they all are :D lol And Enes bro is a typical Turkish man. :D 5- About Korea-Turkey Brotherhood: Turks lived in the middle of Asia long looong time ago (i mean when Joseon, Hun empires were still alive). And then moved to Turkey. So we have a really old history with Chinese and Korean people. But the brotherhood thingy actually happened after 1950 Korean War. Most people from other countries don't know about this. But we still say that we are blood brothers. If you have questions, you can just ask me. i will try to give you proper answers. :) Sorry for the grammar mistakes!

I can start translating 비정상회담(Abnormal Summit) shows. I have downloaded up till ep 10 (ep 11 hasnt aired yet). This show brings out foreigners from 11 different countries(USA, Canada,UK(gone after episode 4), Germany(appearing after episode 4), Australia, Italy, France, Belgium, Ghana, Turkey, Japan, and China) to discuss about various topics. It became really popular even though it s cable channel tv show and Monday night show.

well your bad feelings are not unjust. he turned out to be a no good liar. he acted like he was a conservative man but in reality he cheated on his wife and was secretly in relationships with multiple women. when he was caught he tried to lie about it but the evidence was too much. his scandal got him fired from Abnormal Summit (a show he was regularly on as a representative of Turkey) and he moved back to his home country.

One of the best episodes of Happy Together that I've seen in a while :) I was really annoyed that Seho and Shinyoung would be joining but they're actually not that bad, they supplement the show really well without overshadowing the guests! Clara's really charming these days and I appreciate the turn-around she's made since the last time she appeared. Yura and Yeijin are sweethearts. The three guys are hot :D
