It varies between artists; for some, you can hear much more of their live voices over the backtrack, for others, the opposite is true (especially for performances with intense dancing), and for the rest, it'll be a balanced mix. Lip-syncing is fine. 100% lip-syncing for idol+dance stages used to be the norm back in the 1ST-gen, was replaced somewhat by primarily live singing in the 2ND-gen, and now from 3RD-gen on, the compromise of lower volume live-singing+MR-backtrack is generally used. The point of lip-syncing is to allow artists to perform the song choreography without needing to ruin their voices while straining themselves to sing properly despite being low on stamina due to dancing. As you can see here, KPOP artists always do their best, but it's fine to not always have to work their voices for every stage, for the sake of their singing career. Some artists are better live singers than others, and that's inevitable since everyone's strengths+stamina are different. In the end, I view the ability to sing live well with choreography as an attractive selling strength of that artist rather than a necessity for recording artists in general. They're different from vocational stage performers such as musical/theatre artists who actually specialize in acting+singing with choreography, as far as I'm aware.
