I'm from Canada and new to kdrama, so I only found out about him recently, he is my absolute favourite celeb (I'm including all of Hollywood, musicians, etc.). Fun fact: PARK BOGUM was a vocal instructor before becoming an actor. He tried to enter the music industry but succeeded in Acting industry instead. Nonetheless, please support my dad.

He was never a vocal instructor. He wanted to be a singer at first and sent his audition video to many big labels but didn’t make it as a singer. He was advised to try acting instead.

No he was not a vocal instructor. He was an ordinary high school student when he started his career by contracting an agency. He wanted to become a sing-a-song-writer at that time so he video tapped his singing and sent it to various agencies including yg, sm, and all other biggest entertainment companies in korea. But he received the first call back from an agency specialized in the actor management where he was convinced to pursue his career as an actor instead of as a singer. He is still working with the people who gave the first call back after a decade.
