Ralph Avellanosa no lol ikemen is a made up word by japanese, it means handsome man, but here it says kakoi.. meaning literally "handsome". i lived in Japan for about 3 and a half years. Ikemen is not often used, it is not a real word but a word made up by people referring to them as very handsome man. ike means "go" and men means a "person". ike comes from the word iketeru meaning they're doing good, or looking good. so no ur translation for ikemen is wrong :^) sorry i'm not trying to fix you or anything it's just that i know why they translated kakoii into "hot"
