I think you got confused with KBS and KBS World TV. TV shows in KBS World broadcast(in the real TV) are aired one week after they are aired in KBS broadcast(in the real TV). So, aired in KBS (real TV channel) -> one week later, aired in KBS World (real TV channel) -> uploaded in KZbin KBS World. So what I said is right.
