They used fake "pulling over" footage to make it look like they were being safe when trying the spicy ones, but you can tell through the windows they didn't actually pull over to the side and were just at a stop light lol. Its dangerous to have him constantly looking away from the road and distracted.

At 6:23 when he's still eating the spicy one, and it you continue the scene, there's no cuts, and it shows he's in the middle lane of the road (with white sedan still on passenger side of him),with cars to the right and left of him, and the building on the passengerside is a bright orange color. Look at the buildings through the windows when he "parks". They're not the same. At 6:25 pay attention to the sedan that is showing out the passenger window while illwoo is trying the spicy one while he is "parked", because at 6:48 the exact same sedan starts moving. Illwoo was at a stoplight, not parked. The middle lane didn't have the green light but the right side turning lane did, that's why that lane was moving while illwoo stayed still at 6:48. Look at 6:30, he had just eaten the spicy one, look his shifting knob, its not in the parked position, it's in drive.

When they showed him "parking" at 6:07 , ilwoo pulled up to the curb and a tree and the building behind wasn't orange. There wouldn't be a car lane open to him if he really pulled over. At 6:48 you can see the same white sedan from 6:22 , start moving. That was the same sedan (same height, color, windows, and window rain guard) that was on the side of illwoo while he was trying the spicy one while "parked" (6:25)
