I always feel a little sad watching Return of Superman because I can't avoid acknowledging that this is something I never had or will ever have, no father that danced with me or held on to me or any of the things these outstanding fathers do. I'll walk down the isle alone, and seeing these wonderful and positive memories and tight bonds being made, truly makes me realise how broken my entire family is. It hurts, but in my head I like to imagine my childhood was filled with all this love and affection which is why I enjoy watching the Return of Superman - if my dad was still alive, would he have redeemed himself and becoming a loving, caring, consistent father like these? I choose to believe that... Sarang and all of ROS kids, don't neglect love and make the most of everything.
