I made one yesterday with chicken since I don't have prawns at home, it tastes perfect and the recipe is straightforward to follow. the main point is you need to make a paste from the protein; it can be anything even with mushrooms and tofu for vegan beside that you need to choose a good white bread or wheat white bread based for the crispy texture
