"You can easily install it directly onto a hard drive from the WANem desktop or command line , just use "help". Additionally, setting up SSH access is straightforward once you assign a password to the root account, and use the "start ssh" program, tjos resolves the english keyboard issue. just beware that it only runs i586 , also 32 bit. So you need to run virtually on most modern systems with 64 bit processors. Or run WANem in a container.

KBTrainings how do I open this in windows 11 it says this emulator can be used in all enviornments and not just linux, so how do I boot this in windows? please respond I would like some help please.

Can I use WANem into gns3 with a VM on VMWare Workstation to practice SD-WAN on fortigate for exemple ?

Guy, I suspect it doesn't show as connected because the VM is turned off. If you expand the CD Drive you would see another checkbox for connect at startup.
