Why do Major League announcers not know diff between FOUL TIP and foul ball?! If ball hit dirt it is FOUL. If it went directly into glove, off bat, is FOUL TIP!

Guys, do we really need 8 "swish-zzwoosh" sounds while replaying a 4 sec foul ball seven times? By the way, the whole time announcers are saying FOUL TIP they mean FOUL BALL. NO wonder fans and younger players come out ignorant to baseball when a $200,000yr + announcer does not know correct terms.

Why didn't Gardenhire ask to check the ball DURING his meeting with the two umpires?? Why did he wait until after he got back to the dugout? At that point he was just instigating and deserved to be tossed.

Fouled off and hit the ground before the catcher caught it. That's easy as hell to see. Even hear too. I understand the HP ump not seeing it but he ought to hear it and the baseline umps ought to see it.

I like to see Gardy hired back if Molitor gets fired. You get a new stadium to have better payroll. And no pitching to win games. And Gardy had 6 division tittles. I like to see him get a world series ring. You bring in good players. Gardy can coach. And he stood up for his players. And he got mad when the umpires would bait him to toss him out of the Game. Gaedy is kind of like Billy Martin. Does not take any shit from the Umpires
