For someone like me who has no idea how to connect moves, this video is great! Thank you! It's a really nice combo for people who learned some of the basic moves you showed in your last few videos but don't really know how to connect them. Would love to see more combos like this, maybe slowly increasing the difficulty? :)

Hey! agility is often related to explosive strength, so some workouts can help you and actively trying to make your moves faster and more explosive will help as well :)
