Soft pity is at around 74 (speculated) and hard pity is at 90 in character warps. Weapon banners are 64 and 80 respectively. So if you hit mid 70s on both, you actually did not hit hard pity. I just wonder how good is your luck if you regularly hit lower than 74 lol
