Cut block? Rarely used(actually never heard. sounds weird). Should be push. Returning upcoming top spin ball with under/side spin is called either chop (usually away from the table) or chop block (close to the table). Under spin can also called back spin (used more in U.S) A defensive player using chop as main stoke, simply called chopper, not chop player(sounds silly) The lady's English pronunciation is very good but she seemed not versed well in table tennis. Surprised Jeff mentioned she was a coach (maybe her students are primarily Chinese?)
Never heard anyone say "cut block" or "spin drive".

@@anyfin9277 interestingly cut block is actually what the Japanese call a chop block, just in katakana (representation of foreign words with their pronunciation)

Jeff, you picked someone with good English but not much on table tennis knowledge. The worse is she might mislead players who want to communicate table tennis with English speaking pals.
