Cut block? Rarely used(actually never heard. sounds weird). Should be push. Returning upcoming top spin ball with under/side spin is called either chop (usually away from the table) or chop block (close to the table). Under spin can also called back spin (used more in U.S) A defensive player using chop as main stoke, simply called chopper, not chop player(sounds silly) The lady's English pronunciation is very good but she seemed not versed well in table tennis. Surprised Jeff mentioned she was a coach (maybe her students are primarily Chinese?)

这大姐英文极好。然而并不是乒乓球内行，所以有些地方不太地道。比如底板叫blade，胶皮分外层rubber sheet和海绵sponge 。擦网叫let不是net。

其實日語的用語基本上和從英文差不多，只是把英文用日語講，像弧圈ドライブ是就英文的drive，其他還有像表裏是指正膠、反膠，アンチ就是Anti防弧膠之類的。(用語有錯請小鞭，這些都是平常看日本的桌球youtuber學得，其他也有很多日本選手也有KZbin頻道，例如吉村真晴
