If you show your appreciation to them, they'll give you double appreciation and support. Since Winner and 2PM are more familiar with japanese fans, they are appreciated and gets a lot of support. It's regardless of how active or how famous the groups are :) Is this the... "excuse" or explanation you're looking for? No? Okay.

They are called Winner. You should check out their songs, it's worth it. They have (sadly) two albums atm, full album called S/S and a mini album called Exit: E. They're gonna spell out the word exit, which means there's still XIT. And hopefully they'll release exit:x soon. :( I hope this helps. You should really check them out. Their songs are A+++ and were mostly composed/written by the members. :)
